Each time I called the woman in the office (her name escapes me) was warm, pleasant, accommodating, and informative. Both of the techs that came to the house (Eric and Jack I believe) were extremely friendly. They worked hard cleaning and repairing my pellet stove. They gave me pointers and helpfu tips on how to use and care for my stove. I'm a truly impressed and highly recommend them. Job well done!
